1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and software services provided by VOLock SG ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

VOLock SG is a mobile-first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that assists Singapore interior designers and renovation firms in drafting Variation Orders (VOs), sharing approval links via WhatsApp, and capturing client digital signatures.

Our services include collecting metadata such as touchscreen input coordinate logs, client IP addresses, browser configurations (fingerprint ID), and timestamps to build audit trails compliant with the Singapore Electronic Transactions Act (ETA), Chapter 88.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Merchant of Record

VOLock SG offers subscription plans billed on a monthly (SGD 40) or annual (SGD 350) basis.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer billing, payments, sales tax/GST calculation, invoicing, buyer support inquiries, and returns.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Digital Evidence & Legal Disclaimer

While VOLock SG implements digital signature capture and evidence logs compliant with Electronic Transactions Act (ETA) standards for Singapore, we do not provide formal legal representation or legal advice.

VOLock SG shall not be liable for the outcome of any arbitration, CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore) mediation, Small Claims Tribunal (SCT) hearing, or court case involving variation orders generated or stored on our platform. The responsibility of ensuring the scope details and agreements are accurate remains solely with you and your clients.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring the information you set up on your profile (including designer initials, company logos, and project scope items) is accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, VOLock SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal action related to these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
