Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VOLock SG Pro Plan subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (whether monthly or annual).
After your subscription ends, your account will be downgraded to the basic features, and you will not be billed further.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with VOLock SG. If you are a new customer and are not fully satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a full refund within **14 days** of your initial transaction.
Please note that this guarantee only applies to your first billing cycle (first month or first year) and is not available for subsequent renewal charges.
3. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not issued for:
- Partial months or years of service (e.g., if you cancel 15 days into a monthly cycle, you will keep access for the rest of the cycle but no partial refund is given).
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your transaction reference number or Lemon Squeezy invoice ID.
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our product).
Refunds will be processed through our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
